STANDARDS I AIM TO MEET

This site aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA — the standard referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act and California's Unruh Civil Rights Act.

WHAT I'VE DONE

— Added a "Skip to Content" link (built into this Squarespace site)

— Used proper heading structure so screen readers can navigate the page

— Ensured all forms have visible, labeled fields

— Maintained keyboard navigation throughout the site

— Working to add descriptive alt text to all artwork and portfolio images

KNOWN LIMITATIONS I'M WORKING ON

— Alt text: I'm in the process of adding descriptive alt text to my full image library

— Video captions: Class videos on my Teachable school are being updated with captions

— I review and update this page as improvements are made
